IN-STORE + ONLINE RETURN POLICY
EB is glad to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached + sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit that will be valid for one year. Jewelry, intimates, hair accessories + all sale items over 25% off are FINAL SALE with no returns offered.
Online purchases will be refunded on an online gift card less the $7.95 return shipping fee + in-store purchases will be refunded on an in-store gift card.
All holiday gifts purchased starting November 1st can be exchanged with a gift receipt within 14 days after Christmas.
STEPS FOR ONLINE RETURNS:
All returns must be pre-authorized. Email info@elizabethboutique.com with the order #, items you are returning + the reason for the return. All online orders will be refunded the purchase price less the $7.95 return shipping fee to an online gift card. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible). We will issue you a free return shipping label that must be printed within 24 hours or it will be void. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date.
Returns will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will be notified via email or text once your gift card has been issued.
