IN-STORE + ONLINE RETURN POLICY: 

 
EB is glad to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached + sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit that will be valid for one year. Jewelry  intimates, hair accessories + all sale items over 20% off are FINAL SALE with no returns offered. 

 

All holiday gifts purchased AFTER November 1st can be exchanged with a gift receipt within 14 days after Christmas. 

 

STEPS FOR ONLINE RETURNS: 
 

All returns will be pre-authorized. Email info@elizabethboutique.com with the order #, items you are returning + the reason for the return. Please indicate if you would like an online or in-store gift card. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible). We will issue you a free return shipping label that must be printed within 24 hours or it will be void. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date. 

 

Returns will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will be notified via email or text once your gift card has been issued.
