RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
If so, we’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us by email info@elizabethboutique or text 845-309-8884 to let us know. We will send you a return label and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received by us. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment or do an exchange for an item you do want!

GIFT WRAPPING
We are happy to gift wrap any in-store or curbside pick up purchase. If you place an order online for curbside pick up and would like it gift wrapped, please text us (845)309-8884 or email us info@elizabethboutique.com and include your order # and items you would like gift wrapped.
EB REWARDS
We offer $15 reward for every $300 spent. A reward can be used on any regular priced item of $30 or more that is not on sale. If you would like to use your reward online, please text us (845-471-9632 or email us info@elizabethboutique.com to give you an online code. Please be aware that once this request is made, you will no longer be able to use your code in-store.
STORE + ONLINE GIFT CARDS
EB Gift Cards can be purchased for specific amounts online. Please keep in mind that in-store gift cards can only be redeemed in-store and online gift cards can only be redeemed online. For special amounts please call the store (845)-471-9632.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local Pick Up orders will be available for pick up during normal business hours. Please call 845-471-9632 or text 845-309-8884 with any questions regarding your pick up.
SHIPPING
We ship USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail or UPS for $7.95. All orders will be shipped within 24-36 hours. Packages may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS + UPS. Tracking updates will be sent via email or text.
If you need expedited delivery please call the store 845-471-9632 before you place your order as shipping rates will vary depending upon order and delivery postal code.
If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.
If the customer enters their address incorrectly and the package gets returned the customer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
We only ship within the US at this time.
