Retail Experience Lead + Stylist - Eastdale Location

JOB DESCRIPTION

Elizabeth Boutique is a local service-first women’s clothing, accessories and lifestyle boutique focused on catering to women located in the Hudson Valley + beyond. 

This position requires an individual who is a people person, loves fashion + styling + has an eye for detail. This role focuses on the customer experience, making sure the store always represents the brand + managing the day to day floor operations

Candidate must be a people person, detail oriented, willing to learn new things + passion for fashion + styling!

JOB OVERVIEW

The Retail Experience Floor Lead will be responsible for prioritizing the customer experience, representing the EB brand, being a role model to other sales stylists and building relationships with customers.

Works closely with the owner, store manager and sales assistants to ensure efficient floor operations. Overall, this position is responsible for ensuring all duties are completed, done by delegating responsibilities and contributing as part of the team.

This position is 32+ hours a week depending upon the season, includes one weekend day, starts at $20+ per hour depending upon experience, generous employee discounts, opportunities to earn monthly SPIF incentive + more!
