Return Information
We accept returns of
new, unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase for exchange
or store credit only. We do not give cash or credit refunds.
We will issue a store credit up to fourteen days after your
purchase which is good for one year all sale items are final
sales with no returns offered.
All holiday gift purchases must be exchanged 14 days after Christmas.
Special Orders
EB would be happy to special order limited selections
from our wonderful assortment with full payment at the time
of order. Special orders are accommodated on a case-by-case
basis and subject to availability by the designer. Special
orders cannot be made on core items with scheduled ship
dates. All special order items are not returnable.
Custom Alterations
You can schedule a appointment for a fitting with EB' tailor on Saturday's from 10-12pm for all alterations of EB merchandise. Saturday availability is at discretion of the tailor. Appointments must be made with EB. All denim can be fitted and original hems can be kept!

EB offers gift certificates for any amount for any occasion.
If you are not able to visit our boutique to purchase a

Gift Bags & Boxes are available with our logo on it
for gifts only. Please do not request specialty items if
