Allied Health Staff, Vassar Brothers Medical Center
Director, The Sexual Health Practice at New York Medical College
Doctor Pollock will talk about recent new understandings of the female arousal cycle, including orgasm, sexual pain and the differences in desire between partners.
Much of what he says may prove surprising. This includes a number of myth
shattering scientifc findings about the causes of sexual excitement, low desire, orgasm, and pain during sex. He will shatter a few myths that most of us believe to be true. And much of what he says will illuminate what you may already know but have never
been able to put into words. He will also share the most up-to-date information on
the use of testosterone (the hormone of desire in both men & women). Finally, Dr. Pollock will explain the lastest scientific findings-relevant for all women age 20 to 40-indicating that most women are, and will be safer on hormone
replacement therapy than not.

Recession Chic: a runway for breast cancer

Bella Luci Salon and Elizabeth Boutique have joined to bring you the first Recession Chic: a Runway for Breast Cancer to show the fabulous women of the Hudson Valley that classic beauty is timeless and easy to achieve.
This evening is a fun way to get together with girlfriends, family & coworkers to celebrate being a fun, fabulous and fashionable woman.
The Runway Fashion Show will have models of all ages demonstrate hair, makeup and clothing that can make every women a recessionista!
Tickets are a minimal donation of $15 to make a difference in the lives of millions. You can purchase tickets at Bella Luci Salon or
Elizabeth Boutique in advance. All proceeds for the event will benefit
Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation. There will be door prizes,
goodie bags, cocktails and appetizers.
Both Rebecca, owner of Bella Luci Salon and Beth, owner of Elizabeth Boutique sadly have loved ones and many clients who have been affected by breast cancer. This fashion show is one of many ways Elizabeth Boutique and Bella Luci Salon raise awareness and funds for breast cancer programs. Teaming up with Miles of Hope for this event will help many local women win the fight against breast cancer.
